For almost 100 years, our priority has been to welcome our visitors in the best security conditions while preserving the integrity of our site.
This year, following regulatory measures related to the Covid-19 pandemic, we first postponed the public opening of La Cité de Pierres to 07/11/2020.
Then we adjusted our procedures and took a number of specific measures to allow you to discover our site with complete peace of mind.
Recall that La Cité de Pierres is a natural open-air site in a 120 hectare park and that the density of visitors is in principle low, even in high season. The rules of good conduct will therefore be fairly simple to apply on our site.
If you choose to discover it while strolling, the distance between visitors is natural, given the space and dimensions of the circuits especially for crossings.
For our mini train, we have voluntarily limited the number of seats to be able to respect the recommendations and we carry out a clean after each circuit.
For Explor’Game, the tablets are cleaned after each use.
For the Via Ferrata we chose this year not to offer this activity.
Our reception areas, ticket offices and boutique have been set up to allow you to comply with the rules of good conduct without constraints.
Our staff is equipped with masks, or masks and visors as appropriate.
Taking into account the specificity of our site, wearing a mask for visitors is not obligatory for visitors, it is however advisable to respect the rules of distancing. Wearing a mask is however recommended during journeys on the mini train.
Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers are installed at various points on our site, in particular at the entrance, the shop and the toilets, as at the start and exit of the circuits and the mini train.
Regular cleaning and disinfection of common areas is carried out, especially for toilets.
